iCloud Sync

Make sure every device is signed into the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and drop. is allowed to use iCloud. Keep the app open briefly after installing an update so recent changes can finish syncing.

Shared Collections

Collection invitations use iCloud. The person you invite needs an Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled. Only the collection you share is visible to its participants.

Pro Purchases

Open Settings in drop. and select View Pro plans in the drop. Pro section. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then complete the purchase with Apple. You can also open the plans screen with Get Pro in Chat.

If Pro does not appear after a purchase, choose Restore purchases in Settings while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. Active subscribers can select Manage subscription in Settings to manage or cancel their plan.

Cloud Chat

Pro Chat asks for permission before sending your first cloud message. Select Allow cloud AI to continue, or Not now to keep your draft unsent. You can turn off cloud AI access in Settings under Privacy.

Cloud Chat requires an internet connection. On-device AI depends on device compatibility and Apple Intelligence availability. If a cloud request fails, check your connection and try again.

Reading Websites and Notes

Open a website drop and tap Read in drop. Supported articles open in Safari Reader; other websites display their original page inside the app. You can still use Open link to open the source externally. Some websites require a connection, login, or subscription, and Reader does not bypass those requirements.

For a text note, tap Read note for a clean, selectable reading view. Close the reader to return to your drop.
